Holy Bikini Body – Day 21

Breakfast
  • 1 whole wheat tortilla (160 kcal)
  • 100 grams egg whites
  • 450 grams cauliflower florets (frozen then steamed in microwave)
  • tons of ketchup +  mustard
  • baby spinach leaves
  • 2 pickles
  • 1 large apple
  • Coffee (milk + sweeteners)
Morning Snack
  • 1/2 container fat free yogurt (around 30 kcal?)
  • 10 cherry tomatoes
Lunch
  • 5 wasa crackers
  • Tons of dairy (I would assume 200 kcal worth of it): 1/2 container cottage cheese, FAGE Total, radish cheese spread
  • 4 large beets in vinegar
  • 450 grams cauliflower florets
  • 1 medium apple
  • tons of ketchup + mustard
  • 10 small strawberries topped with whipped cream + splenda
  • Coffee (+milk+sweeteners)
Afternoon snack
  • 1 medium apple
Dinner
  • 46 grams dried oats cooked in water
  • Cinnamon + sweeteners
  • 1 medium apple
  • 1 low fat strawberry yogurt
