Afternoon Snack
- 35 grams high fiber cereals
- Milk (130grams)
- Coffee (+ milk + sweeteners)
Dinner
- 6 wasa crackers
- salad: cucumbers, tomatoes, red peppers, onions
- Tons of dairy: FAGE Total, cottage cheese, radish cheese spread, low fat cheese spread (probably 200 kcal+++ worth)
- Ketchup + mustard
- Tons of strawberries (maybe 500 grams? I could be exaggerating but I eat a ton, so who knows?)
