Breakfast
This morning’s breakfast was so blaaaand. I don’t know whether it was the fact that I did not run that made everything else seem bad, but I really wasn’t impressed!
- 45 grams dried quick oats
- 1 raspberry low fat Yoplait
- Coffee (milk + sweeteners)
- 72 grams egg whites
Morning Snack
- 1 medium apple
- Coffee (milk + sweeteners)
- Black tea (milk + sweeteners)
Lunch
- 450 grams cauliflower florets
- Sweet and Sour cooking sauce (about 30 kcal worth)
- 1 tortilla – ALL Albert stores which sell it here are out and in a typical Communist fashion, so I had to opt for plain, white-carbs at 176 kcal/tortilla
- 6 cherry tomatoes
- baby spinach leaves
- 2 pickles
- 3 slices chicken pastrami
- BBQ sauce + ketchup
Afternoon Snack
- 1 medium apple
- Coffee (+milk+sweeteners)
Dinner
- Salad: cucumbers, red peppers, tomatoes, onions
- 1 tortilla
- 5 small pickles
- Lettuce
- Ketchup + BBQ sauce
- 1 medium apple
- 6 slices chicken pastrami
