My gym uses Technogym’s Synchro 700i
I normally use resistance 8 or 7
I don’t like the elliptical too much but it is great for your legs, hands, butt etc. and can get the HR really high! Yes, even as high as running.
To me, its only bearable if I got some Prison Break or Gossip Girl on my iPhone. Otherwise I get too bored.
· Make sure you wiggle your toes and move your feet within your shoe as you are moving on the elliptical – my toes get very numb/have a burning sensation
· Alternate between handles and no-handles every few minutes
· I find that going backwards is easier, so I may try to increase the resistance
